Store Policies

Tim's Western Wear offers the following Returns and Exchange Policy:

Tim's Western Wear will accept returns within 30 days of shipment.
All clothing must be clean and in store bought condition.
All hang tags and manufacturer tags must be attached and included with the return or exchange.
If returning footwear, it must be clean and free from wear, scuffs, scratches, dirt and sand and in store bought condition.
Footwear must be returned with all boxes, tags and packing materials included.

Shipping footwear or clothing back to Tim's Western Wear is the responsibility of the customer.
Return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer and not Tim's Western Wear unless the order was shipped in error by Tim's Western Wear.
Returns and exchanges MUST include either a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM or EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM (below) included inside the box.

Returns take 5 to 10 days to arrive at our store and can take up to an additional 7 days to process, depending on the day that they arrive.

Defects:  All warranties are based on the manufacturers' warranty.
Call Tim's Western Wear immediately if you have a defect in your clothing or boots, so that we may contact the company.
Clothing and boots may have to be returned to the manufacturer by the customer, so that they may be examined by the company's quality control department.
The warranty term begins athe time of purchase.
Footwear or clothing found to have been abused in any way may not be returned for any reason.
