Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

United States Rates
$0-$25=$5.95 shipping
$25-$50=$6.95 shipping
$50-$100=$7.95 shipping
$100-$500=$9.95 shipping

International Rates
$0-$25=$24 shipping
$25-$50=$29 shipping
$50-$100=$34 shipping
$100-$500=$55 shipping

Most items will be shipped by USPS priority mail in the United States, and should arrive in about 2 to 3 business days.
Perfumes, colognes, hat patches and stickers will be shipped by USPS parcel post and should arrive in about 10 business days in the United States.

NOTE: Because of the large size of the cowboy hat shipping containers, a $10.00 shipping surcharge is applied to all hat sales.
